PROCESSING It is essential to ensure that your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Jolie Hair cannot be held responsible for shipping address mistakes that are not communicated to us in time. In the event that an error is discovered after the package has been dispatched, we will endeavour to contact the shipping carrier and redirect the package back to us. If we successfully receive the package, we will offer the customer the choice of paying for the shipping cost again to have it shipped to the correct address, or opting for a refund of the item(s), with the original shipping cost excluded. SHIPPING- Australia Post - Free standard shipping on orders over $29AUD. - Standard: $8 AUD (3-5 business days, & up to 7 business days for remote and regional areas). - Express: $12 AUD (1-2 business days). It is our goal to provide you with our products in a timely and safe manner, however, the times above are estimates provided by Australia Post, and we are not responsible for any delays caused by them and for items that are lost by them in transit.
Refund Policy
We strive to provide our customers with the best products and customer service, therefore, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date you received your goods. To be eligible for a refund, please follow the guidelines outlined below Contact our friendly customer care team at hello@joliehair.com.au within 7 days of receiving your goods to initiate the refund process. Provide your order confirmation number, along with a reason for the return. Ship the product/s back to Jolie Hair Returns (address will be provided via email). Please note that all shipping and handling fees and are non-refundable, and that the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product. We advise using a registered post with insurance covered as Jolie Hair is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during transit. Once we have received your returned product, we will notify you via email to process your refund.
