Depending on what products are purchased, items may be shipped separately & from different locations.
Some of our products are made to order, this means it may take a little longer to receive your order. This allows us to ensure that no products go to waste! If your product is made to order, this will be noted in the listing description.
Pre-Order Items
Where you have ordered a pre-order item, all other items may not be shipped until your pre-order item is in stock.
Return and Refund Policy
Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return your product within 14 days and receive a store credit to the value of your product, not including any shipping costs. You will also need to cover the cost of returning your product to us.
Please note: we do not accept returns for jewellery items due to hygienic reasons, so please choose carefully. However, we are confident you will be satisfied with your purchase.
All products must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and in the same condition they were received in. Any products received for return not in this condition, will not be accepted and no store credit will be issued.</P
Damages and issues
