Each gift box contains 8 flowering teas – 2 of each kind.  However, any combination of the above flowering teas is possible.  Just email with your requests.

Brew: 1 bulb per teapot in 80-90° water, leaves will unfurl slowly after 2 minutes.  Can be re-infused 6-8 times. For best effect try a large glass teapot. or a large wine glass.  Serve in a glass teacup from Tea by Birdy for the luxury tea experience.

We send our packages through various courier services depending on your location.

All Tea by Birdy products are carefully packed to ensure their safe arrival.  Our items are not insured once they leave the Tea by Birdy warehouse and no refunds will be offered for goods that get lost or damaged during transportation.

Tea by Birdy can not be held responsible for any hold up with deliveries that are out of our control.



Returns and Refund Policy

At Tea by Birdy we strive to maintain the highest standards of tea quality and service. However, even with the best intentions, things can sometimes go wrong.Choose products carefully.

Unless proven to be unsatisfactory we are not obliged to refund or exchange goods. If you believe you have a reasonable complaint please contact us within 14 days from receipt of returned goods, to report the matter.  Once we have established proof of purchase, as you can appreciate, we will need to assess the product to determine the nature of the issue and how we can help you, be it a refund, or exchange. Our policy requires you to return the tea in its original packaging, for examination and testing. Items to be returned by post are your responsibility until they reach our office, so please make sure that they are securely packaged.

Items will be assessed and refunds (in the original payment method) will be processed within 7 days of receipt. If the product is found to be unsatisfactory as claimed, we will replace, at no cost to the customer, or a refund will be given.
