Protea colour burst was painted by Korossy because of her fondness for proteas. Proteas have always been one of Korossy’s favourite flowers.
Where they’re growing or in an arrangement they show a burst of colour and this inspired her piece.

I’m Kat, a watercolour artist. I spend my days tucked away in the Barossa drawing, painting and creating.
I create bespoke artwork, with quality coloured watercolours and paper that will last the test of time, using your reference photos of fur babies, animals, people and landscapes – making wonderful memorabilia for yourself or a loved one.
My animals are from the Barossa Wildlife Rescue, I’m a volunteer at the rescue and I also donate a portion of my proceeds to the rescue.
