Zista is a Sanskrit word, meaning cultured. Although I am 4th generation Australian, my Indian (Sikh) culture has always played an important part in my life. I’m Ashley the creator of Zista.

I’ve created a  create a brand that celebrates and integrates the intricate fashion traditions of India! Zista is an online boutique bringing together timeless pieces that will immerse you into the exquisite cultures of India. Every design is crafted and made slowly by an experienced Artisan. All pieces are made ethically and using only pure materials.

Delivery Policy

All orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle using Standard Post. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be processed.  

Returns Policy

Returns will be considered on certain items providing that:
  • You notify us within 7 days of receiving the item
  • The item is returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The item is returned unused and in the same condition you recieved it, including in its original packaging; and
  • We can not refund or exchange jewellery for hygiene reasons.
  If the item is faulty or damaged please email a photo of the item along with the packaging it arrived in within 3 days of receiving the product.
