Shipping Policy

All orders are sent via Australia Post. In stock items ordered are shipped 1-3 business days from receipt of order.

In general terms, pre-order items will be ready to ship within 3-4 weeks of order.

Return and Refund Policy

7 DAY RETURN POLICY

If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange OR store credit voucher.

Garments may be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Customers are able to return their garments to West of the Waves at their own expense.

To be eligible for a return -

• Item must be undamaged, unused, unworn, not washed, no makeup marks, all tags attached & in as sold condition (ie. in the same condition that you received the item)

• You must have original invoice / receipt / proof of purchase

Upon receipt & inspection of garments customers will be issued with their choice of exchange OR store credit voucher.
