We ship Australia-Wide via Sendle and Australia Post from Brisbane, Queensland.We endeavor to get your items to you in the fastest possible timeframe. Once your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking details. All parcels are sent with the ATL (Authority To Leave) option.
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If there is any damage to the product packaging, the product is defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
We will then evaluate the issue to approve a partial refund or a replacement, within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
