SHIPPING AND RETURNS POLICY
READY TO SHIP: The turnaround time before shipment for ready to ship products is currently up to 7 business days due to high volumes of orders. While the Modern Monty team are working hard to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. The time your parcel will take to arrive to you after shipment, will vary depending on your location. Pre-order products will include an estimate of shipping times, however, please note the risk of delay with pre-orders. If pre-order products are ordered with ready to ship products, your entire order will be shipped once the pre-order product arrives. If you want the ready to ship items shipped separately please ensure you make two separate orders. Change of mind return or order cancellation for store credit:
If you have changed your mind about the purchase, including if your parcel has or will arrive later than you had hoped, you can return the parcel for store credit only. Returns for change of mind do not require a refund by law, as stated by ACCC Returns Policy information.
Lost parcel: If you have not received your parcel, despite your tracking indicating it has been delivered, please notify Modern Monty immediately. The courier company will be notified and a search will take place. Either your parcel will be found and delivered or it will be deemed lost, and Modern Monty will send a replacement. Faulty product:If you believe the product you have received in faulty, which includes damage or missing parts, you will be entitled to “repair”, replacement or refund.
Repair may include sending missing pieces. If the problem with a product is minor, such as a missing piece, you must accept a free repair as dictated by the ACCCIn most cases, where an issue is deemed as minor, repair or replacement will be offered.
If an issue is major, refund may be an option.Conditions:

There are no returns on sale items unless they are found to be faulty. All sales for clearance, promotional and discounted stock are final and no exchanges can be processed. Please choose carefully
