1. Minimum Order Quantity MOQ is five units per product, unless otherwise stated or agreed upon. 2. Wholesale Pricing All wholesale prices are in AUD and exclusive of shipping. Prices and minimums are subject to change without notice. Our RRP is intended as a guide only and is the listed price for the items through our website at www.ecocubs.com.au. We understand that wholesalers may wish to set their own pricing and are at liberty to do so. 3. Payment Terms Payment must be received in full by EcoCubs before the goods will be sent, unless otherwise agreed upon. 5. Shipping FLAT RATE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS WITHIN AUSTRALIA=$25 . EcoCubs ship with AusPost or a suitable courier. We generally dispatch orders within 1-2 business days. We do ship Internationally - shipping will be priced on a case by case basis. 6. Exchanges/ Refunds EcoCubs will gladly refund wholesalers within 14 days. All products must be unused in their original packaging and cost of return shipping will be at the wholesaler’s expense.
