Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us within 7 days of receipt of your item. For damaged items, the product will be replaced with the cost of delivery the responsibility of Around The Table. Late Delivery We will endeavor to pack all our products for delivery and provide tracking details as soon as possible (in most cases within 48 hours). However, we can not guarantee our deliveries will meet your timeline as we use a third party. As such we do not refund for late delivery.
