Refund & Return Policy

Faulty Items: All our items are hand made and whilst we ensure a high level of care is taken in making your individual items, sometimes we make mistakes. So if there are any errors your unhappy about. Please let our customer happiness team know and we will gladly exchange or refund your item within 30 days. We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. For hygienic reasons any undergarments can not be returned as well as headwear (this includes caps)

Shipping Policy

We offer Flat Rate shipping Australia-Wide. $30.00 including GST to all States and Territories except Northern Territory and Western Australia which is $50.00 including GST. We ship via Sendle or Australia Post depending on the order. We ship to a physical address only. To avoid redeliveries please make sure someone is available for collection.
