Wholesale orders Australia-wide are flat rate shipping per State and Territory, sent via TNT Fedex or Shippit. Orders are processed from our Melbourne head office usually within 24-48 hours Monday to Friday. Delivery is generally within 1-5 business days for Australian orders (except Western Australia and some regional areas which can take up to 7 business days).Returns
If there is a fault with a product or it has been damaged in shipping please contact us immediately. All claims must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods. For faulty or damaged products Buckley & Phillips will replace or refund the goods, a photograph may be required.
