Courier deliveries require a signature. The nominated delivery address must have someone available to sign between Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Alternatively, you may, at your own risk, provide instructions for where to leave the delivery unattended. If a requested delivery is returned to This Natural Life, you are liable for any costs incurred in re-delivery.

Acceptance of Goods/ Returns

The Customer agrees that it is the Customer’s responsibility to check the contents of all deliveries against delivery dockets and agrees that on acceptance of a delivery, all goods listed on the delivery docket are deemed to have been delivered. The Customer agrees to inspect all goods upon delivery to ensure that they are in satisfactory condition for sale.
