Ingredients

Lavender, Peppermint, Eucalyptus and Rosemary Pure Essential Oils, undiluted in a 10ml Amber glass dropper.

How to use

Diffuse 4 drops (2-3 if used for children) in your room and sit back to relax.
Alternatively, make yourself a roller by adding 10drops to a 10ml roller bottle and diluting with a carrier oil (coconut or jojoba are our choices). Shake well and roll along the forehead and temples, or the base of the neck as soon as you feel a headache setting. (keep away from the eyes)
